Tracy joined Geometric Wealth Advisors in 2021 and became a Partner in 2024. She previously worked in strategy and analytics as a Vice President at Ameriprise Financial, which followed her time as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company. Tracy was initially attracted to financial planning because of her interest in the concept of financial independence and how it empowers people to choose how they spend their time. She joined Geometric to help others navigate their own financial journeys, especially a client base that she so deeply understands.
Tracy specializes in serving Partners at Bain & Company, corporate executives, and those with complex employer equity planning needs. She also serves on the firm’s Leadership Team.
Tracy lives in Minneapolis, her childhood hometown. In her free time, she loves to travel, downhill ski, and spend quality time with her family, friends, and her dog and horse.
